This is the most recently developed bonding system when higher precision is required. It is composed by glass, and we offer VITBORA(CBN) and VITDIA (Diamond) as the main line. In each line, we have two types of products.
One has no-pore such as S, M1 type, and the other one has pore like our M2, G type. The unique characteristic of vitrified bonding system is self dressing ability, especially with our porosity type. It provides better flow of coolant into the grind portion and better clearance of chips, during grinding operation.
This is the reason why FSK VITBORA G type cut much faster than any other product under the same grinding condition.(Cutting feed, spindle speed, and all other conditions effect this speed, it is necessary to be consulted prior to apply our product to improve the current operation.)

This is the most widely used bonding systems for tool and cutter manufacturing and regrinding fields, also finishing application of the areas like grinding of glass, ceramic, and stone. It is composed by phenolic or polyamide resins, and only available of non-pore type.
The dense structure restricts the coolant access and chip clearance.

This is FSK original bonding system with ideal self-sharpening characteristic, higher bond wear resistance. It has higher thermal conductivity and less loading structure than Metal bonding system.

This bonding system has extremely high density and hardness more than resin and vitrified bonding system. With higher wear resistance and extreme shape retain characteristic, it is ideal for honing, profile grinding.

The bond material is Nickel, and the product has a single layer of the grain onto a steel core. When the product worn out they can be stripped and re-plated as long as the steel core has not been damaged. This bond system is ideal for the field where required complex forms.
